Erin has been with ANCHOR for over eight years, serving in many different key roles and positions within the firm, with increasing responsibility. She has a wide breadth of knowledge regarding every aspect of the firm and the Construction Management industry. In addition to her people skills and networking capabilities, she is an ANCHOR Super Star. She brings a positive, can-do attitude to every situation no matter the circumstances. As a member of both the Project and Marketing Teams, her involvement as a leader in industry associations and as the main point of contact for our clients and our employees, she truly represents what ANCHER is all about. 

Erin currently serves on the Board of Directors of several professional industry organizations including East Bay Municipal Engineers, Construction Management Association of America Bay Area Chapter and she is a board member and the Director of Special Events for the American Public Works Association Northern California Chapter. Erin also serves as an Advisor on the BART Small Business Task Force and is a member of the Women in Transportation Glass Ceiling Task Force. 

Erin is earning a certificate for her participation in Clark Construction Strategic Partnership Program. She graduated from U.C. Davis, where she played soccer, and she still plays today!

Erin is an adoring mother of three beautiful children and she and her family live in the East Bay Area. 

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In 5 years I plan to be vacationing with my family in Europe and catching several Premier League soccer games.

What do you enjoy outside of work? How do you spend your free time?

When I am not working, I am coaching my daughter’s volleyball team, traveling with my son’s competitive soccer team, spending time with my husband and family.
