2023 marks ANCHOR’s 20th year in business and to celebrate we want to highlight the fact that we are a woman-owned and woman-led company through a campaign that recognizes the influence and significance that women are having in the construction industry, construction management and in Public Works sector specifically. We are doing this through a campaign that we are calling, ANCHER. The values behind this campaign are:

Elements of our campaign include:
 

1. Participation in and speaking engagements at women focused events throughout the year

2. Communicating upcoming events, announcements on our AncHer page on our website

3. Highlighting our women of ANCHOR throughout the year

4. Collaboration with other consulting firms to propose an all women team for a CM project

5. Highlight women leaders in our field in a regional convening later in the year
